Hi there we are Aurther & Charlene born and bred in Zimbabwe. We are passionate about homesteading. Around 2011-2012 we secured a piece of land in rural Zimbabwe in the majestic Eastern Highlands, Honde Valley to be specific. We sat on the land, so to speak, until a few years ago when we started to seriously put some work into developing the land into a comfortable homestead. We created this blog to share with you our experience, what we have learnt and what we continue to learn as we work on developing our land into a modern sustainable homestead in rural Zimbabwe.
